Welcome to today’s English windsurfing lesson!

Morning condition was perfect for beginner practice – sun shine, breeze, flat water, and warm weather – can’t really ask for much more around the rainy season.

Good and stable form achieved immediately on the water.

But the good condition didn’t last long before the swell kicked in, making it much harder to remain stable on the board.

Gonna look out for that swell…

And the wind at one point even reached planing condition for the 7.8’s. A little too extreme for the beginner sails maybe. But who would love windsurfing without a passion for getting overwhelmed by strong gusts?

The evidence lies in the smiles.
